 Liouguei is the most famous hot spring township in Kaohsiung city. The crystal-clear alkaline carbonic acid spas of Baolai and Bulao Hot Spring Areas have the name of ‘beauty soup'.
If Baolai and Bulao are not pristine enough, the river spas of Shihdong and Keng 7 Hot Springs in the upper course of Baolai Stream sure are. The Duona Hot Spring in Maolin Township is also worth a visit.
